About Edwin Heiser

Ed Heiser is an Arizona native having lived in Mesa, Arizona for most of his life. He went to Westwood High School in Mesa and graduated from Arizona State University.

He is a proud veteran of the United States Army where he honorably served as a Military Police officer. He also served in the AZ Nat’l Guard as an Artillery Gunner and had a long career in law enforcement. He was a Field Training officer, a Firearms Instructor, an Instructor at the Police Academy and an Emergency Medical Technician.

In 2002 he moved into Real Estate financing and still maintains his Mortgage Bankers License teamed with his beautiful wife Barbara at LendSmart Mortgage.

Ed first became a Realtor in 1988 while attending Arizona State University and worked at Century 21 Smith Realty. He is currently a Real Estate Agent with EXP Realty. He works with both Sellers and Buyers and loves working with fellow Veterans and all others to fulfill their Home ownership dreams.

The National Association of Realtors report that 90% of home buys search online during their home buying process…specializing in Marketing and utilizing the power of Social Media; Ed excels in the techniques needed, whether buying or selling, in today’s market.

Ed has been an Arizona Department of Real Estate certified instructor teaching CE classes on mortgage finance, credit, investing and many other aspects of Real Estate and Mortgage Lending. Being licensed as a Realtor, Mortgage Banker and Instructor gives Ed a unique prospective and understanding of the Real Estate Industry.

He is an avid SCUBA diver, Fisherman, Outdoorsman and Disc Golfer. He enjoys working with the Boy Scouts, church groups, camping and outdoor activities with his family. He and his son are avid “Pepper-Heads” which is the growing of several varieties of Chile peppers and making them into sauces. He is the proud father of two married children and is a grandfather 4 times over.
